Licence

When you buy or download a Sprout Sheets template, you get a personal licence to use it for your own household or your own business record-keeping. You may make copies for your own use and edit them however you like.

You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the templates (or modified versions of them) as your own product, or upload them for others to download.

Purchases and refunds

Payments are processed by Gumroad, and Gumroad's terms apply to your purchase. Because templates are instant digital downloads, all sales are generally final. If a template doesn't work as described, reply to your Gumroad receipt email within 30 days of purchase and we'll fix the problem or refund you.

Not financial advice

Our templates, calculators and guides are educational and organizational tools. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Calculations are estimates based on the information you enter and simplifying assumptions. Please check important decisions with a qualified professional.

Compatibility

Templates are designed for Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer, Microsoft 365, Excel for Mac and Google Sheets. Other spreadsheet apps may display or calculate them differently.

Liability

Templates, calculators and guides are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Sprout Sheets isn't liable for losses arising from their use.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to purchases made while it is posted.
